Eloquence™

An elegant solution to the patient call light system

Eloquence Nurse Mobile Device
Eloquence™ is an evidence-based nurse call solution with patient and nurse-centric digital interfaces and functionalities, which truly differentiates it from other emerging technologies. By selecting a single icon, patients can deliver up to thirty specific messages to hospital staff with pre-assigned priority rankings based on the urgency of the request. Each message is automatically routed to the most appropriate nursing personnel for immediate response. Any patient request can also be re-routed remotely to other available personnel if the initial provider is unavailable, as necessary. This allows nursing staff to appropriately prioritize patient care in a way that is unprecedented. The patient communication metrics generated by Eloquence also adds tremendous value providing hospital administration the ability to manage workflow demands more effectively. The overall impact will result in improved patient safety, quality of care, staffing efficiencies and reduced healthcare costs.

Managing Patients On-The-Go

Eloquence™ will enable care providers to oversee and manage their patients’ care remotely. Staff will be able to coordinate care via their mobile devices, through 1) direct dialing and messaging capabilities to patients, other providers and ancillary departmental staff, 2) creating and managing work-lists, and 3) quick calls for and responses to staff assist requests.

Clear and Recorded Messages

Eloquence™ allows patients to select from a list of categories when making requests for assistance, which immediately routes their messages to the most appropriate providers. This bypasses triage, leading to faster call response and request fulfillment. In addition to dynamic call escalation, Eloquence™ provides patients with instant feedback, confirming their requests were made and the status of their requests. By giving patients a sense of acknowledgement, Eloquence™ will reduce anxiety and achieve an overall better patient experience.
